These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and to any purchase you make from ELARÈA ("we", "us", "our") By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are and how to reach us

2. Our products

We sell The Good Shepherd Mist™, a figure of the Good Shepherd that also works as a mist humidifier. We do our best to describe and photograph the product accurately. Because the product is sculpted and finished by hand or by machine, small differences in colour, finish and detail between the photos and the item you receive can occur. Photographs may include styling, lighting and background effects.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order you have already placed. Payment is taken when you place your order through our payment provider, and you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you enter. We do not store your full card details. If we cannot process your payment, we may cancel the order.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

5. Bundle offers and free gifts

Offers such as "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" are applied automatically at checkout when the cart qualifies, and cannot be combined with other discounts unless the site says so. Where an offer includes a free gift, such as an essential oil sample, the gift is included with the order while stock lasts, has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded separately. We may change or end an offer at any time without affecting orders already placed.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping details are in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you gave us, so please check that your address is correct. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country.

7. Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, replacements and cancellations work. It forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

8. Using the product safely

Follow any instructions that come with the product. Use it on a stable, level surface. Keep it away from young children and pets, and do not use it if it is damaged. Essential oils are not supplied as part of the product (other than any sample offered as a gift) and you are responsible for choosing oils that are suitable for you, your household and your pets, and for following the oil maker's directions. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether an oil is suitable, ask a qualified professional first. The product is a home décor and fragrance item and is not a medical device.

9. Our website

You agree not to misuse the site, including by trying to interfere with it, gain unauthorized access to it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may update, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time.

10. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, graphics, logos and other content on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Reviews and communications

If you send us feedback or content, you give us permission to use it to run and improve our business. By giving us your email address you agree that we may send you order and delivery messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.

12. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs holds, strikes, weather and supply problems. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to our business. Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights you have to bring a claim where you live.
