If The Good Shepherd Mist™ is not right for you, we will make it right.
Returns
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with the remote included.
How to start a return
Contact us through our contact page with your order number and what you would like to do. We will send you return instructions.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, in which case we cover it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take longer to post it to your account.
Faulty items
If your Good Shepherd Mist™ develops a fault, contact us with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem and we will sort out a replacement or refund.
Bundles and free gifts
If you ordered a bundle such as "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" and return only some of the units, the refund is based on the average price you actually paid per unit, not the full list price, and the bundle discount applies only to the units you keep. Free gifts, such as an essential oil sample, have no cash value, are not refundable and do not need to be returned.
Cancellations and address changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order or change the delivery address. If the order has not been sent to our fulfilment partner yet, we will cancel it or update it and refund you in full. Once it has shipped, you can return it under the terms above.
Items that arrive damaged or incorrect
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the damage or the wrong item, and keep the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and we cover return shipping if one is needed.
Refunds and exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
